Refund Policy

We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience at Treasure Collection. All hand-painted works are one-of-a-kind originals — please read the following refund and return rules carefully before ordering.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond 14 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and undamaged, in the same condition as you received it;
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (certificate of authenticity, packing accessories, etc.);
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

Slight colour differences caused by lighting and screen display are normal and are not considered quality issues; natural brushwork variations of hand-painted works are likewise not quality defects.

Return Shipping

For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the item has a quality issue or differs significantly from the description, we will bear the return shipping costs.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

For orders that have not yet shipped, you can cancel by yourself within 24 hours of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have passed and the order has still not shipped, you can contact us to cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, the return rules above apply.

Non-returnable Cases

  • Requests made beyond the 14-day return window;
  • Items that have been used, damaged, mounted or altered (for reasons not attributable to us);
  • Items missing original packaging or accompanying materials.
